NRG Stadium Showdown: Houston Texans Clash with Jacksonville Jaguars

As the Houston Texans prepare to host the Jacksonville Jaguars at NRG Stadium, fans are eager to see if their team can continue their winning momentum. The Texans have shown a remarkable ability to bounce back this season, and their recent performance suggests they could dominate the upcoming game against the Jaguars.

In Week 11, the Texans secured a hard-fought victory over the Arizona Cardinals with a score of 21-16. Their defense was particularly impressive, racking up three sacks and forcing one interception while holding off any challenges from Arizona. The offense wasn't too shabby either; despite throwing three interceptions, they managed to accumulate 338 passing yards and two touchdowns through the air. The rushing game added another touchdown and over 100 yards on the ground.

The previous week's triumph against Cincinnati Bengals in Week 10 was even more indicative of what this team is capable of when firing on all cylinders. They outscored Bengals by a narrow margin of 30-27 but showcased an explosive offense that racked up an impressive total yardage of 544 yards. Their defense also stepped up with four sacks and two interceptions.

However, it's worth noting that in Week 9 against Tampa Bay Buccaneers, despite pulling off a win with a high-scoring affair (39-37), there were some concerns as well. The defense allowed quite a few points on board but compensated for it by forcing turnovers at crucial moments.

Looking ahead to their matchup against Jacksonville Jaguars, it's clear that if Houston maintains its aggressive defensive play and continues to exploit offensive opportunities as they have been doing recently, they should be able to control the game's pace effectively.

The key for Houston will be minimizing turnovers which have been somewhat of an Achilles' heel even in games they've won. If quarterback play remains strong without giving away interceptions and if rushing efforts continue contributing significantly as seen in past performances – combining for touchdowns and maintaining possession time – then fans can expect another thrilling victory at home.

Texans supporters should mark their calendars for November 26th when these two teams face off at NRG Stadium at 1:00 PM local time (6:00 PM GMT). This showdown promises excitement and is not one you'll want to miss out on watching live on CBS or attending in person amidst what is sure to be an electrifying atmosphere!
