The Colts showcased their offensive capabilities by amassing a total of 371 yards. The passing game contributed significantly with quarterback throws totaling 213 yards and achieving an average of nearly five yards per attempt. The aerial attack was highlighted by two touchdown passes, one being an impressive longest completion for 33 yards that also resulted in a touchdown.

On the ground, Indianapolis demonstrated efficiency with rushing plays accounting for 164 yards and averaging almost seven yards per carry. Their longest rush broke free for an impressive gain of 42 yards, contributing to their six first downs from running plays and adding another touchdown to their tally.

Special teams played without error as field goal kickers successfully converted both attempts they made, including one from beyond forty-nine yards out. Kickoffs were equally effective; all six resulted in touchbacks due to reaching the end zone each time.

Defensively, Indianapolis managed to sack New Orleans' quarterback once for a loss of four yards and forced one fumble which they recovered themselves. They also defended two passes effectively during critical moments throughout the game.

Penalties were kept relatively low with only six infractions costing them thirty penalty-yards but did result in granting two first downs to New Orleans.

Looking ahead after this tough home defeat, fans can mark their calendars as the Indianapolis Colts will be on the road facing off against Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium on November fifth at five past nine PM Eastern Time. This upcoming contest will be broadcasted live on CBS where supporters can tune in to follow their team's performance.
