As the second quarter unfolded, Khalil Mack made his presence felt with a crucial sack that momentarily halted the Colts' advance. However, Indianapolis quickly regrouped and found their rhythm. The Horseshoe capitalized on their opportunities and surged ahead with two touchdowns before halftime.


Third Quarter


In the third quarter, Justin Herbert showcased his arm strength by connecting on several long passes. Keenan Allen was instrumental in moving the chains for Los Angeles with multiple receptions totaling 119 yards and one touchdown. Despite these efforts, turnovers plagued the Chargers' progress as Herbert threw two interceptions that were costly.


Fourth Quarter


The final quarter saw a determined effort from both sides. Derwin James led an aggressive defensive stand for Los Angeles but couldn't completely stifle Indianapolis's momentum. Cameron Dicker added three points for L.A., converting a field goal from 43 yards out. Yet it wasn't enough to close the gap as Indianapolis maintained control until time expired.


The game concluded with a score of 38-24 in favor of Indianapolis Colts over Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium in front of an audience of 71,124 fans.
