First Quarter

The opening quarter saw both teams testing each other's defenses. The Chargers' defense made an early statement by forcing two three-and-outs from the Eagles. Khalil Mack was instrumental in this effort, contributing significantly with his tackles and quarterback hits.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Justin Herbert connected on a long pass to Kimani Vidal for 60 yards, setting up a crucial field goal by Cameron Dicker. Dicker was flawless throughout the game, converting all five field goal attempts including one from 54 yards out.

Third Quarter

The third quarter was marked by turnovers as both teams struggled to maintain possession. Justin Herbert faced pressure but managed to keep his composure despite being sacked seven times. His resilience paid off when he found Omarion Hampton for a short touchdown pass that gave the Bolts some breathing room.

Fourth Quarter

As tensions rose in the fourth quarter, Derwin James Jr., part of an impressive secondary unit alongside Tony Jefferson and Cam Hart, intercepted Jalen Hurts twice during critical moments. These interceptions were pivotal in maintaining Los Angeles' lead and ultimately securing their victory.

Despite what went wrong for Los Angeles Chargers offensively with multiple fumbles and sacks allowed on Herbert, their defense compensated by forcing four interceptions against Philadelphia's offense.
