In a closely contested Week 11 NFL game, the Minnesota Vikings now stand at 6-5 after a narrow defeat to the Denver Broncos, who edged out with a score of 21-20. The game was held at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, where 76,848 fans witnessed an intense battle on the turf.

The Minnesota Vikings showcased their offensive capabilities by amassing a total of 385 yards. The ground attack was particularly effective as they rushed for 175 yards over 36 attempts, achieving an average of nearly five yards per carry. Their longest rush spanned an impressive 31 yards and contributed to one rushing touchdown. The passing game also added dynamism to their offense with quarterback throws totaling 221 yards and completing one touchdown pass.

Defensively, the Vikings managed to sack the opposing quarterback twice for a loss of ten yards and recorded seven hits on the quarterback. They forced four three-and-outs during the contest but were unable to secure any interceptions or fumble recoveries despite forcing one fumble.

Special teams played their part too; all five kickoffs by the Vikings resulted in touchbacks. Punting duties saw them average almost fifty yards across two punts with none landing inside the twenty-yard line but two resulting in touchbacks.

Penalties were relatively low for both sides; however, six penalties costing fifty-five yards were called against Minnesota throughout the game. On third down conversions, they maintained a forty percent success rate over fifteen attempts and showed resilience on fourth down by converting three out of four opportunities.

The kicking unit remained flawless for Minnesota as they converted both field goal attempts with their longest being thirty-four yards and made both extra point kicks after touchdowns.

Looking ahead, fans can mark their calendars for when Minnesota will host Chicago Bears at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on November twenty-eighth at eight fifteen PM Eastern Time. This upcoming match will be broadcasted live on ABC/ESPN networks where supporters can tune in to follow all action from this NFC North encounter.
