First Quarter

The opening quarter saw both teams testing each other's defenses. Despite this effort, an interception thrown by Wentz allowed the Chargers to capitalize early.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Justin Jefferson emerged as a key player for the Vikes with seven receptions totaling 74 yards. However, despite his efforts and those of T.J. Hockenson who secured two first downs from his two receptions totaling 26 yards, Minnesota's offensive line faltered under pressure from Los Angeles' defense.

Third Quarter

As play resumed after halftime, Joshua Metellus made an impactful interception that briefly shifted momentum back towards Minnesota. Yet defensive lapses continued as they allowed significant yardage gains by their opponents. Jonathan Greenard managed one sack but it wasn't enough to stem the tide against them.
