Based on the player statistics from their previous three games, it is clear that Bryce Baringer, the punter for the New England Patriots, has been a standout performer. In one of the games, Baringer recorded an impressive 395 yards on punts, with 3 punts landing inside the 20-yard line. His net yards average was 345, showcasing his ability to pin opponents deep in their own territory.

On the defensive side of the ball, Ja'Whaun Bentley and Jahlani Tavai have been solid contributors for the Patriots. Bentley recorded 8 tackles and 6 assists over the course of three games, while Tavai contributed with 8 tackles and 6 assists as well. Their presence in stopping opposing offenses will be crucial against a high-powered Chiefs offense led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Speaking of Mahomes, he has been leading the charge for the Kansas City Chiefs with his exceptional passing skills. In one game, Mahomes threw for 271 yards with a completion percentage of 58.14%. He also threw a touchdown pass and had just one interception. His ability to make accurate throws under pressure will be key in this matchup against a strong Patriots defense.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire has been a reliable running back for the Chiefs, averaging 3.545 yards per carry over three games. While he hasn't found the end zone yet, his ability to gain positive yardage and move the chains will be crucial for sustaining drives against a tough Patriots defense.

Travis Kelce has been a go-to target for Mahomes in the passing game. He has recorded 6 receptions for 83 yards, averaging 13.833 yards per catch. His ability to find open spaces in the defense and make tough catches will be a challenge for the Patriots' secondary.

Looking at the overall performance of both teams over the past three games, the Chiefs have shown more consistency and firepower on offense. However, the Patriots' defense has been solid and could pose a threat to Mahomes and company.

In order for the Patriots to have a chance at an upset victory, they will need Baringer to continue his impressive punting performances, Bentley and Tavai to step up on defense, and their offense to find ways to move the ball against a tough Chiefs defense.

Fans can catch all the action on December 17th at 6:00 PM UTC on FOX as these two teams battle it out at Gillette Stadium.
