The New York Giants' performance was marked by their defensive efforts which resulted in two sacks and six tackles for loss among their total of seventy-four combined tackles. Despite these efforts, they were unable to secure any interceptions or force fumbles throughout the game. On offense, they managed to gain one hundred fifty total yards with twenty-nine rushing yards contributing to that effort. Their ground game saw them reach into the end zone once and achieve two first downs from eleven attempts.

The passing game for the Giants was led by a quarterback who completed twenty-two out of thirty-three attempts for one hundred thirty-seven yards but also threw one interception and was sacked twice for a loss of sixteen yards. The receiving corps caught twenty-two passes on thirty-two targets accumulating one hundred thirty-seven yards without scoring any touchdowns.

Special teams played an integral role as well; field goal kickers were perfect on both attempts with their longest being fifty-seven yards contributing six points to their twelve-point finish. Punt units worked hard as well, averaging nearly fifty-three yards across six punts with one landing inside the twenty-yard line.

On San Francisco's side, they exhibited control over possession time and capitalized on scoring opportunities which ultimately led to their eighteen-point victory margin over visiting New York.

As fans look ahead, they can mark their calendars for an exciting upcoming home game where The New York Giants will host Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford on October third at eight fifteen PM Eastern Time. This encounter can be watched live on ABC/ESPN networks ensuring fans won't miss any action from this anticipated event.
