The Giants showcased a balanced offensive attack combining air and ground efforts. The passing game was efficient with the quarterback completing 25 out of 31 attempts for 200 yards, achieving an impressive completion percentage of approximately 81 percent. This included a longest pass completion of 55 yards contributing to an average gain per play of nearly five yards across all plays. The aerial assault resulted in one touchdown pass that covered six yards into the end zone.

On the ground, the Giants' rushing offense tallied up 134 yards on 30 carries which translates to an average of about four-and-a-half yards per carry. Their longest rush broke free for 21 yards while they also scored once from a run that spanned thirteen yards into paydirt. Despite losing eleven total rushing yards due to tackles for loss on four occasions, they managed ten first downs when carrying the ball.

Defensively, the home team applied significant pressure on their opponents with five sacks totaling twenty-nine lost yardage for the Commanders and ten quarterback hits overall. They forced three fumbles during play – recovering two – which speaks volumes about their ability to disrupt possession.

Special teams contributed as well with field goal kickers making two out of three attempts; their longest successful kick was from forty-eight yards out. In addition to this scoring effort from special teams, punt units pinned down three kicks inside the twenty-yard line while averaging thirty-nine net punting yardage over seven attempts.

Penalties were minimal but impactful; four infractions cost them thirty-four total penalty yardage but only led to one first down for Washington.

As fans look ahead after this evenly matched contest, they can mark their calendars for another home game at MetLife Stadium where the New York Giants will face off against Philadelphia Eagles on December 11th at 1:00 PM local time (Eastern Time). This upcoming match will be broadcasted live on FOX network where fans can tune in to follow all action live from East Rutherford.
