The game was characterized by significant contributions from key San Francisco players. Quarterback Brock Purdy delivered an impressive performance, completing 25 out of his 36 attempts for a total of 353 yards and contributing two touchdowns, with his longest pass completion being a remarkable 46 yards. On the receiving end, Jauan Jennings stood out with seven receptions for a team-high of 93 yards, showcasing his critical role in moving chains for the team. The defensive unit played aggressively throughout the game, registering two sacks and five tackles for loss against Tampa Bay's offense. Nick Bosa and Maliek Collins were instrumental on this front; Bosa recorded one sack along with three tackles and contributed significantly to pressuring Tampa Bay's quarterback.


Special Teams Impact


Special teams had its moments too; Jake Moody successfully converted three out of six field goal attempts with his longest being from 44 yards out. Mitch Wishnowsky executed his lone punt effectively, pinning it inside Tampa Bay's twenty-yard line which showcased strategic field positioning.

Despite some challenges such as losing one fumble and accruing six penalties amounting to forty-nine penalty yards which could have been detrimental under different circumstances, San Francisco managed to maintain composure and secure victory.
