Game Highlights

The game was a defensive masterclass from both sides, with the 49ers' defense managing to sack Seattle's quarterback four times for a loss of 26 yards. The defensive effort was spearheaded by Nick Bosa and Leonard Floyd, who combined for three sacks, demonstrating their ability to breach offensive lines and disrupt plays. Isaac Yiadom contributed significantly to this defensive showcase by not only defending a pass but also securing an interception that he returned for 11 yards.

On offense, Brock Purdy managed to complete an impressive 75 percent of his passes for a total of 159 yards. Despite being sacked twice, Purdy's resilience was evident as he connected with Jauan Jennings on multiple occasions resulting in Jennings amassing 91 receiving yards from ten receptions and scoring one touchdown. The ground game saw Christian McCaffrey rushing for 79 yards over nineteen attempts but it was Purdy who found the end zone on foot showcasing his versatility.

Special Teams Play

Jake Moody proved reliable once again by converting all his attempts including one field goal from thirty-three yards out contributing crucial points for the team. Pat O'Donnell had a busy day punting three times but managed to pin Seattle inside their own twenty-yard line once which is indicative of strategic field positioning.

Despite these efforts, penalties proved costly for San Francisco as they conceded nine penalties totaling fifty-four penalty yards which ultimately hindered their momentum at key moments during the game.

As fans look ahead, they can mark their calendars for November 24th when San Francisco will face off against Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. This upcoming match promises to be another exciting chapter in this season’s campaign and fans can catch all action live on FOX starting at 4:25 PM EDT.
