Clash at Lumen Field: Seattle Seahawks Set to Host Arizona Cardinals

As the Seattle Seahawks prepare to welcome the Arizona Cardinals to Lumen Field, fans are eager to see if their team can continue its recent positive trend. The Seahawks have shown a mixed bag of results in their last three games, but with two wins out of three, they're looking to establish consistency.

In their previous outing against the Bengals, the Seahawks fell short with a 17-13 loss. Despite this setback, there were positives; notably, their defense racked up 3 sacks and an interception. However, offensive struggles were evident as they managed only one touchdown and turned over the ball twice.

The game before that saw a more dominant performance from Seattle as they trounced the Giants 24-3. Their defense was particularly impressive with a staggering 11 sacks and two interceptions returned for 118 yards – one resulting in a touchdown. Offensively though, they struggled on third down conversions at just 25 percent success rate.

Looking back at their last home game against the Panthers which ended in a high-scoring affair (37-27), it's clear that Lumen Field provides an edge for Seattle. They achieved an even split between passing and rushing touchdowns and maintained possession for over half an hour.

Seattle's recent performances suggest that while there are areas needing improvement – such as red zone efficiency – their defense has been formidable especially when playing at home. With Lumen Field known for its loud crowd providing an intimidating atmosphere for visiting teams, this could play into Seattle's hands once again.

Fans should expect another strong defensive showing from the Seahawks bolstered by home advantage when they face off against the Cardinals on October 22nd at 1:05 PM local time (20:05 UTC). The game will be broadcasted on FOX network where supporters can tune in to witness all action unfold live from one of NFL’s loudest stadiums.
