In an impressive display of defensive might, the Seattle Seahawks sacked the opposing quarterback 11 times for a loss of 67 yards and recorded two interceptions that were returned for a total of 118 yards. One interception was notably returned for a touchdown after an electrifying 97-yard run back. The defense also forced two fumbles and recovered one, adding to their dominant performance on the field.

The Seahawks' offense complemented their defensive counterparts by accumulating a total of 281 yards. The passing game contributed with one touchdown and completed passes that amounted to an average gain per play of roughly six yards. On the ground, they rushed for a total of 121 yards with an average carry surpassing five yards which included another touchdown.

Special teams played their part as well; punting was particularly effective with three punts landing inside the opponent's twenty-yard line out of four attempts and averaging over fifty-three yards per punt. In terms of kicking, while one field goal attempt was missed from beyond fifty yards, another was successfully made from within thirty-nine.

Penalties did not go unnoticed in this matchup as eight flags were thrown against the Seahawks costing them seventy-four penalty yards but it did little to hinder their overall performance or control over the game clock which they held onto for twenty-four minutes.

As fans look ahead, they can mark their calendars for October fifteen when Seattle will face off against Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati on CBS network broadcast scheduled at five o'clock PM Eastern Time. This upcoming match promises to be another exciting chapter in this NFL season where fans can continue following their beloved team's journey through regular-season play.
