Seahawks Edge Out Cardinals in a Nail-Biting Clash at State Farm Stadium

In a closely contested battle at State Farm Stadium, the Seattle Seahawks emerged victorious over the Arizona Cardinals with a final score of 21-20. The Seahawks now boast a 9-8 record, while the Cardinals fall to 4-13.

The Seahawks' offense was on full display as they accumulated 327 total yards throughout the game. The passing game contributed significantly with quarterback ratings soaring to 101.6 and completion percentages reaching 57 percent, resulting in two touchdowns and zero interceptions. A notable highlight was a spectacular longest touchdown pass of 34 yards that energized fans and players alike.


Seattle's rushing attack also proved effective, churning out an impressive average of six yards per carry for a total of 138 rushing yards. They consistently moved the chains, earning nine first downs on the ground alone.


Special teams played their part too; field goal kickers were flawless with a perfect success rate, contributing six crucial points from two attempts—the longest being from 33 yards out.

On third down conversions, efficiency was key for Seattle as they succeeded half of their twelve attempts which kept drives alive at critical moments during play.


The Cardinals put up an admirable fight despite falling short by just one point in this intense matchup. Their defense applied pressure with hurries recorded four times but could not prevent Seattle's offensive momentum or secure turnovers through interceptions or fumble recoveries.
