First Quarter

The game kicked off with both teams displaying strong defensive plays. The Hawks' defense was particularly notable, forcing three-and-outs on multiple occasions. Linebacker Ernest Jones contributed significantly with six combined tackles, showcasing his defensive prowess early on.

Second Quarter

As the second quarter unfolded, Seattle's offense began to find its rhythm. Running back Kenneth Walker made an impact with a rushing touchdown from one yard out, capping off an impressive drive that highlighted his agility and strength. Despite this effort, turnovers plagued Seattle's progress as quarterback Sam Howell threw two interceptions during this period.

Third Quarter

In the third quarter, Jaxon Smith-Njigba emerged as a key target for Howell. Smith-Njigba recorded nine receptions for 105 yards but was unable to find the end zone due to tight coverage by Los Angeles' secondary. Meanwhile, kicker Jason Myers kept Seattle within striking distance by converting four field goals throughout the game.

Fourth Quarter

The final quarter saw intense action as both teams vied for control of the scoreboard. A pivotal moment came when Drake Thomas recovered a fumble forced by Coby Bryant; however, Seattle couldn't capitalize on this turnover opportunity fully due to another interception thrown by Howell—his fourth of the day.

Despite their efforts and some game-changing plays from players like Walker and Smith-Njigba during this matchup against Los Angeles Rams recap shows how costly mistakes ultimately hindered their chances at securing victory away from home turf.
