In a defensive battle at Nissan Stadium, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers struggled to find their rhythm against the Tennessee Titans. The Buccaneers' offense managed only 174 total yards and nine first downs throughout the game. Their passing game was particularly stifled, with just 118 yards through the air and a completion percentage of roughly 48 percent. Despite this, one pass did connect for a significant gain of 34 yards.

The ground game offered some respite for the Buccaneers as they accumulated 93 rushing yards on 22 attempts, averaging over four yards per carry with their longest rush being a decent run of 17 yards. However, they were unable to convert these efforts into points on the board.

Special teams had moments of success; notably, one field goal attempt sailed through from an impressive distance of over fifty yards out. This accounted for all three points scored by Tampa Bay during this encounter.

Defensively, Tampa Bay showed more promise with four sacks totaling nineteen lost yardage for Tennessee and nine quarterback hits that showcased their ability to pressure effectively. They also recorded an interception but were unable to capitalize on it offensively.

Penalties seemed to be under control as they incurred only four penalties costing them thirty total penalty yardage which is relatively disciplined play by NFL standards.

Looking ahead after this tough outing in Nashville where over sixty-five thousand fans witnessed their performance, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will regroup as they prepare for their next challenge against Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium on August twenty-seventh at six-thirty PM Eastern Time. Fans eager to support can tune in for what promises to be another exciting matchup in professional football's preseason action.
