Tennessee Titans Tackled at Nissan Stadium by Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 14 Showdown

The Tennessee Titans faced a challenging contest at Nissan Stadium, ending the game with a 7-10 record after falling to the Jacksonville Jaguars, who improved to 9-8. The final score stood at 36-22 in favor of the visiting team.

The Titans' offense managed to accumulate a total of 364 yards throughout the game. Despite their efforts, they were hindered by four turnovers, including three lost fumbles and one interception. The passing game saw some success with quarterback play yielding two touchdowns and completing passes with an average of over six yards per gain. However, sacks proved costly as they resulted in a loss of yardage totaling 27.

On the ground, Tennessee showed promise as they rushed for an impressive average of nearly seven yards per attempt, totaling 137 rushing yards for the day. This effort was highlighted by a long run that spanned half the field and contributed significantly to their rushing total. In addition to their ground game prowess, they also managed one rushing touchdown.

Special teams had mixed results; while kick returns averaged over twenty-five yards across three attempts, punt returns were less effective averaging just over one yard on three attempts.

Defensively, it was tough going for Tennessee as they failed to record any sacks or interceptions against Jacksonville's offense. They did manage eight passes defended and forced six tackles for loss but ultimately could not contain their opponents' scoring drives.

In terms of efficiency within critical areas of play such as red zone opportunities and third down conversions – both crucial indicators of scoring potential – Tennessee executed perfectly in red zone situations but only converted fifty percent on third downs.

Looking ahead after this tough home defeat, fans can catch the next action-packed game featuring The Tennessee Titans as they travel westward to face off against Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium on December 18th at 1:25 PM PST. This upcoming matchup will be broadcasted live on CBS for eager fans ready to support their team through thick and thin.
