Commanders Set to Clash with Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in Week 12 Showdown

As the Washington Commanders prepare to face off against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium, fans are eager to see if the team can bounce back from a tough stretch of games. The Commanders have shown a mix of promise and struggle in their recent outings, leaving supporters wondering which version of the team will show up on game day.

In their last three games, Washington's performance has been inconsistent. Despite a solid win against the New England Patriots where they put up 20 points and held their opponents to 17, they've also suffered defeats at the hands of both the Giants and Seahawks. The loss against New York was particularly disheartening as they managed only 19 points while conceding 31. Against Seattle, it was a closer affair with Washington scoring 26 points but still falling short by three.

One area that has been problematic for Washington is turnovers; they had six against New York and one each in their other two recent games. However, there are positives too – their passing game showed efficiency with completion percentages above 64 percent across all three matches.

Defensively, there were nine sacks recorded against New York which is an impressive feat but this intensity wasn't replicated in subsequent games where they managed just one sack each time. This inconsistency needs to be addressed if they hope to contain Dallas's offense.

The venue itself could play a role; AT&T Stadium is known for its raucous home crowd which can make it difficult for visiting teams. The Commanders will need focus and composure if they're to overcome this challenge.

As we look ahead to this matchup on November 23rd at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas scheduled for kickoff at 9:30 PM local time (21:30 UTC), fans can catch all the action live on CBS. Will Washington find consistency and deliver a performance that keeps playoff hopes alive or will Dallas prove too strong on home turf? Only time will tell as we await this pivotal NFC East battle under the bright lights of Thursday Night Football.
