On offense, Troy Terry and Frank Vatrano were standout performers for Anaheim. Terry scored one goal on his only shot of the night while Vatrano contributed with one goal and one assist from four shots, showcasing efficiency and clutch scoring when it mattered most.


Islanders' Efforts


Despite falling short, the New York Islanders displayed commendable effort throughout all three periods. They managed to put up 41 shots against Dostal but were only able to convert one into a goal due to his stellar goaltending performance.
