Brock McGinn emerged as a notable player for his team by scoring the lone goal for the Ducks, demonstrating precision with a shooting percentage of 50 percent from his attempts.


The defensive efforts were led by players like Jansen Harkins who contributed significantly with three hits and one takeaway, underlining his physical presence on ice despite not adding to the scoreline. Additionally, Cam Fowler assisted in McGinn's goal while maintaining defensive duties throughout his nearly nineteen minutes on ice.

Wild's Dominant Performance


On the opposing side, Minnesota Wild displayed formidable teamwork and strategy that led them to secure their victory. Kirill Kaprizov stood out among his teammates earning him one of the star positions of the game due to his impactful performance that contributed significantly to their win.


The Wild excelled in various aspects including powerplay opportunities where they managed to convert one out of three chances into goals. Their defense was equally strong with goaltending saving 26 shots out of 27 faced and allowing only one goal throughout regular play time which was crucial in maintaining their lead.
