Ducks' Efforts and Highlights

The Ducks showcased resilience throughout the game, managing to net three goals against the Blues. Their performance on powerplays was notable; they capitalized on one out of four opportunities to score via powerplay, demonstrating their ability to exploit such situations despite only winning 33 percent of faceoffs during these moments. The team's overall faceoff win percentage was slightly better at 45 percent but still lagged behind their opponents.

Frank Vatrano and Troy Terry were among those who stood out for the Ducks. Vatrano contributed significantly with one goal and one assist, proving his worth on both ends of the ice. Terry's vision and playmaking abilities shone through as he assisted twice during critical moments in the game.

Defensively, Lukas Dostal made an admirable effort between the posts for Anaheim, saving 18 shots out of 21 directed at him during even strength play but ultimately recorded a loss due to allowing three goals.

Blues' Winning Strategy

On the other side, St. Louis Blues displayed effective gameplay by scoring four goals from just twenty-two shots - an impressive shooting percentage that underscored their efficiency in front of goal. Their goaltender Jordan Binnington played a pivotal role in securing this victory by making twenty saves throughout sixty minutes.

Dylan Holloway emerged as one of the stars for St. Louis with his performance contributing significantly towards their win.
