Bruins' Offensive Onslaught

The home team's performance was nothing short of spectacular, with the offense firing on all cylinders. Charlie McAvoy and Charlie Coyle were particularly outstanding, earning them the first two stars of the game. McAvoy's contribution was crucial; scoring twice from just four shots demonstrated his efficiency and sharpshooting skills. His plus-minus rating of +4 was among the highest in the game, underscoring his impact on both ends of the ice.

Coyle matched McAvoy's goal tally with two goals of his own on three shots, boasting an impressive shooting percentage of 67 percent. His efforts did not go unnoticed as he played a pivotal role in securing this win for Boston.

Cole Koepke also made significant contributions with one goal and one assist from just one shot—showcasing remarkable efficiency. Mark Kastelic’s playmaking abilities shone through as well; despite not finding the back of the net himself, he assisted on two goals.

Canadiens Struggle Despite Efforts

On the other side of the rink, Montreal Canadiens faced challenges throughout the match but managed to score three times against Boston's tight defense. Cole Caufield stood out for his team by securing a spot among the game's stars thanks to his performance that included key plays contributing to Montreal’s efforts.
