First Period


The Sabres set the tone early in the first period with a goal that put them ahead. Josh Doan was instrumental in this opening act, showcasing his offensive prowess by finding the back of the net. Second Period

Third Period


The third period saw no additional scoring from either side but highlighted Alex Lyon's exceptional goaltending skills as he maintained a clean sheet against 32 shots from Florida. His performance earned him recognition as one of the game's stars and was crucial in securing Buffalo's victory.
