First Period

Third Period


Entering into what could have been a decisive third period for both teams, neither managed to score despite several opportunities on power plays and even strength situations. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen stood firm in goal for Buffalo with crucial saves that kept them in contention until regulation time ended.


Overtime


In overtime, it was Minnesota's Quinn Hughes who delivered when it mattered most by scoring off an assist from Mats Zuccarello—securing victory for his team without allowing any response from Buffalo during extra time play.
