Calgary's performance was marked by notable efforts from Anthony Mantha and Yegor Sharangovich, who each scored a goal for their team. Mantha's performance stood out as he also contributed defensively with two hits during his time on ice. Sharangovich's goal highlighted his shooting accuracy, boasting a fifty percent shooting percentage from his attempts.

On defense, MacKenzie Weegar and Kevin Bahl were relentless in their efforts despite facing strong opposition from Edmonton's forwards. Weegar recorded two shots and two hits over nearly twenty-four minutes of playtime while Bahl assisted on one of Calgary's goals during his twenty-two minutes on ice.

Despite this loss at home against Edmonton Oilers where Leon Draisaitl shone brightly earning him one of the game’s star selections due to his pivotal role in securing victory for his team; Calgary looks forward to its next challenge away from home against Montreal Canadiens at Bell Centre scheduled for November 5th at 7:00 PM EDT which will be broadcasted on ESPN+ internet network.
