First Period

The opening period saw both teams testing each other's defenses. The Preds managed to break through first, securing an early lead with one goal. Despite their efforts, the Flaming C struggled to convert their opportunities into goals, ending the period scoreless.

Second Period

Third Period

In the final period, Calgary's Morgan Frost found the back of the net during a powerplay opportunity, providing some consolation for his team. However, it was not enough as Nashville added another goal to seal their victory. Jonathan Huberdeau contributed with an assist on Frost's goal but overall struggled alongside his teammates against a solid defensive performance from Nashville.
