Blackhawks Shut Out at PNC Arena by the Hurricanes in Defensive Battle

As for individual performances from Chicago players, none were able to break through and contribute points on this occasion as reflected by their zero goals and assists tally for this matchup. In contrast, Carolina's players combined for eight points including five assists contributing significantly to their team's success.
