As the Chicago Blackhawks prepare to face off against the Minnesota Wild, fans are eager to see if their team can maintain their recent momentum. The upcoming game, set at the United Center, promises to be a thrilling encounter.

Analyzing past performances, the Blackhawks have shown a mixed bag of results. In their last three games, they've experienced both highs and lows. A commanding 5-1 victory over the Flyers showcased their offensive prowess with a shooting percentage of 21 percent and an impressive plus-minus of +15. Their goaltending was also stellar in this game with a save percentage of 100 percent.

However, this was followed by a disappointing shutout loss to the Senators where they failed to convert any of their 19 shots into goals and had an even-strength save percentage that remained perfect but wasn't enough to secure a win. Despite this setback, they bounced back in their most recent home game against the Flames with another strong performance resulting in a 3-1 win.

The Blackhawks' power play has been effective recently as evidenced by scoring on one out of three opportunities against both Flyers and Flames. However, faceoff performance has been less than ideal across these games with percentages hovering around just under forty percent.

Defensively speaking, hits have been consistent with totals in the high twenties or low thirties per game which indicates physicality remains part of their strategy.

As for Minnesota Wild's visit to Chicago's iconic venue – it will be crucial for Blackhawks' defensemen and goalie to remain vigilant as Wild's offense comes knocking at United Center's doors.

Fans can catch all action live on ESPN+, NBCS-CHI or BSN/BSWIX networks when these two teams clash on April 7th at 2:30 PM CT.
