First Period

Third Period


In the final period, despite strong efforts from Spencer Knight who made several crucial saves throughout his time on ice totaling one hour, it was not enough to keep Cole Caufield from adding another goal for Montreal. Frank Nazar managed to score late in an attempt to rally his team but ultimately fell short as time expired.


The match highlighted some key performances including Frank Nazar’s two-point night and Spencer Knight’s impressive goaltending under pressure. However, penalties proved costly for Chicago as they allowed two powerplay goals which turned out to be decisive factors in this encounter.
