Looking back at the last three games played by the Dallas Stars, one can't help but be impressed by their resilience and ability to clinch victories. On December 19 against the Seattle Kraken, they showcased a strong offensive game with a shooting percentage of 14 percent and an even-strength goal tally of four. Their goaltending was equally impressive, boasting a save percentage of 92 percent.

The momentum continued on December 22 when they faced off against the Vancouver Canucks. Despite giving away more than in previous games (13 giveaways), they managed to outshoot their opponents with 36 shots on goal and secured another win in overtime. The powerplay opportunities didn't convert into goals that night; however, it's worth noting that their faceoff win percentage stood solid at 50 percent.

Their most recent game on December 23 against Nashville Predators was yet another display of tenacity. After two scoreless periods, they erupted for three goals in the third period alone – an indicator of how dangerous this team can be when pushing for a win late in games. With an overall faceoff win rate of nearly 58 percent and blocking an impressive number of shots (28), it's clear that Dallas excels both offensively and defensively.

The Anaheim Ducks will have their work cut out for them as they enter into this matchup against such formidable opponents. While not much data is provided about Ducks' recent performances here, any team going up against this current iteration of the Stars needs to be wary.

Dallas has shown that even if powerplay chances aren't capitalized upon – which has been an area needing improvement – they still find ways to dominate during even-strength play where most of the game unfolds. Their physicality is also evident through hits delivered across these matches; combined with strategic shot-blocking, it disrupts opposing teams' flow effectively.

However, one area where caution should be exercised is in managing puck possession better as evidenced by giveaway statistics from past games; reducing turnovers will undoubtedly enhance their chances further.

As we look ahead to January 26th's contest scheduled for an evening start time at American Airlines Center in Dallas TX zip code:75219 - fans should expect nothing less than another thrilling performance from this high-flying squad who seems poised for success once again.
