Dallas' goaltender played an instrumental role in securing victory by saving all but two of thirty-four shots faced throughout game. His counterpart from Vegas made an impressive forty-three saves but ultimately conceded three goals on forty-six shots.


The offensive charge for Dallas was led by their ability to fire off forty-six shots and block twenty-seven attempts from Vegas while maintaining slight edge in faceoffs won at fifty-one percent compared to Golden Knights' forty-nine percent success rate at dot.
