On defense, Miro Heiskanen stood out with his plus-minus rating of +1 alongside Nils Lundkvist who also contributed defensively with two hits. These efforts limited Seattle's opportunities and kept them scoreless throughout all three periods.


Seattle Kraken's Efforts


Despite their loss, Seattle Kraken put up a resilient fight. Their goaltender faced 23 shots on goal but was only beaten twice before holding firm for no further scores against them. The Kraken had several powerplay opportunities but were unable to convert any into goals due to strong penalty killing by Dallas.

Seattle also showed strength in faceoffs won (25) but struggled to capitalize on these possessions due to tight defending from Dallas players who blocked a total of 14 shots during the game.
