First Period

Third Period


The final period saw both teams exchanging blows as they sought control of momentum. The Oil managed two more goals but were unable to close in on Dallas' substantial lead. Jake Oettinger stood firm between the pipes for Dallas throughout this segment of play; his performance was crucial in securing victory for his team as he recorded 22 saves overall.
