Game Highlights


The match was an intense battle from start to finish, with both teams showcasing their strengths. The Oilers opened the scoring in the first period and continued to build on their lead with two more goals in the second period. His performance was crucial in keeping the Kraken at bay and securing another win for his team. On offense, Mattias Ekholm made significant contributions with one goal and one assist, demonstrating his value on both ends of the ice.

Seattle's goaltender faced an onslaught from Edmonton's attackers but managed to make 27 saves. However, it wasn't enough to stop Edmonton's momentum as they capitalized on their opportunities throughout all three periods.


Star Performances


Several players stood out during this matchup. For Edmonton, Corey Perry found himself among the stars thanks to his goal-scoring ability that contributed directly to his team's success on this occasion. Additionally, Mattias Ekholm’s all-around play earned him star recognition as well.

On Seattle’s side despite their loss showed resilience through even strength where they scored both their goals indicating areas where they matched up well against Edmonton despite falling short overall.
