Third Period


Heading into the final stretch of play, Detroit capitalized on their momentum and added two more goals to secure their lead. Mason Appleton emerged as a standout player for Detroit with his pivotal performance that contributed significantly to their win.


Sergei Bobrovsky stood firm between Florida’s posts making 21 saves out of 23 shots faced but ultimately could not stem Detroit’s tide as they clinched victory decisively.
