The third period saw an additional two goals from the Wild but it wasn't enough to secure victory as the Flyers capitalized on their opportunities, scoring four times.

Analyzing Team Performance

Despite their efforts, Minnesota struggled defensively allowing seven goals throughout the game. Goaltender Filip Gustavsson saved 16 out of 22 shots but it wasn't enough to stem Philadelphia's aggressive play which was particularly effective during power plays.

On offense, Minnesota managed to put up five goals from 26 shots reflecting a shooting percentage of 19 percent which is commendable but was overshadowed by defensive lapses. The team also had opportunities on power plays but only converted one out of four chances into a goal.
