Throughout the match at American Airlines Center, both teams showcased their defensive and offensive skills. The Wild made an impressive effort with 32 shots on goal but were unable to find the back of the net. Their goaltender made notable contributions with 26 saves out of 29 shots faced. On defense, Brock Faber logged significant ice time and contributed defensively with two hits.


For Dallas Stars, goaltender Jake Oettinger was awarded one of the stars of the game for his shutout performance saving all 32 shots he faced from Minnesota Wild players which played a crucial role in his team's victory.
