The home team started strong in front of an enthusiastic crowd of 17,341 fans. The Predators took control early on by netting two goals in the first period and adding another in the second to bring their total to three. Their offensive effort was reflected in their shot count which tallied up to 39 attempts on goal throughout the game. The powerplay unit managed to convert one out of four opportunities while also scoring once shorthanded from just one attempt.

On defense, however, Nashville struggled to contain New York's offense. Despite blocking a substantial number of shots (16), they were unable to prevent four goals from getting past their goaltender who made 22 saves for an .846 save percentage over sixty minutes on ice.

The Rangers' performance was marked by efficiency; they scored four goals from only twenty-six shots. Their powerplay contributed one goal during two chances and their penalty kill stood firm against Nashville's four powerplays without conceding any goals. Faceoff success was also on New York's side as they won over half (57 percent) compared to Nashville's faceoff win percentage which stood at approximately 42 percent.

Looking ahead for the Predators, they will be hitting the road for their next game against Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center on December 4th. Fans can catch this matchup live on MSG-B channel 635-1 or BSSO channel 646-1 or stream it via ESPN+ as part of national coverage starting at midnight Eastern Time.
