The Nashville Predators showcased an impressive performance against the Ottawa Senators. The Predators' offense was on full display as they peppered the Senators' net with 36 shots. Their efforts paid off early in the game when they scored twice in the first period, setting a strong pace for what was to come. Despite not adding any goals in the second period, their relentless pressure continued and resulted in another goal during the third period.

Defensively, Nashville was just as formidable. The team blocked a total of 22 shots and delivered 23 hits throughout the game to maintain control and keep Ottawa at bay. In terms of faceoffs, they won 26 out of 61 attempts which played a crucial role in maintaining possession and dictating play.

Special teams were also noteworthy for Nashville despite not converting on their powerplay opportunities; they took five chances with an extra man but couldn't capitalize on any despite taking 13 shots during those powerplays. However, their penalty kill unit excelled by not allowing any goals while shorthanded on five occasions.

The goaltending for Nashville was impenetrable as well; their goalie saved all 38 shots faced from Ottawa's attackers ensuring that none found their way into his net throughout all three periods. This included stopping all fourteen shots faced while shorthanded – an impressive feat that contributed greatly to preserving their lead and ultimately securing victory.

On Ottawa's side, despite being unable to score against Nashville's stout defense and goaltending, they managed to put up a fight by taking more faceoffs successfully than Nashville with a win percentage of approximately 57 percent from their total attempts at faceoffs (35 wins out of 61). They also matched up closely with hits delivered (21) but were unable to convert this physicality into scoring opportunities or prevent Nashville from finding success around their net.

As fans look ahead after this commanding win by The Predators over The Senators at Canadian Tire Centre where attendance numbered just over thirteen thousand spectators – attention turns towards future matchups where fans can continue following The Predator’s journey through this season’s NHL schedule.

Looking forward now: The next challenge for The Predators will be facing off against Toronto Maple Leafs at Scotiabank Arena on January eleven o'clock PM Eastern Time Zone broadcasted nationally on TNT channel two hundred forty-five among other networks including SportsNet internationally and TVAS for international French-speaking viewers.
