In their last game against the Detroit Red Wings, the Predators eked out a narrow 1-0 victory. Despite a shooting percentage of just three percent and winning less than half of their faceoffs, they managed to secure the win thanks to stellar goaltending that saved all 22 shots faced.

Prior to that, Nashville demonstrated sheer dominance in an 8-2 rout over the San Jose Sharks. The team's shooting percentage soared to twenty percent as they capitalized on nearly two-thirds of faceoffs. This commanding performance was complemented by an equally impressive defensive effort; goaltenders stopped eighteen out of twenty shots for a perfect save percentage.

The Predators' powerplay opportunities have been limited in recent games, but when given chances against Florida Panthers and San Jose Sharks, they showed efficiency by converting one out of three opportunities into goals.

On defense, Nashville has been particularly effective at even strength. They've managed to keep opponents scoreless during penalty kills over these past games while maintaining high save percentages across all situations – testament to both disciplined play and reliable goaltending.
