The third period saw an impressive display from Seattle as they extended their lead by scoring four more goals. Despite Nashville's efforts to mount a comeback, they were unable to overcome Seattle's offensive onslaught.


Player Performances


Key players for Nashville included Tommy Novak and Brady Skjei who each contributed significantly with one goal apiece. Novak showcased his sharpshooting skills by converting one of his three shots into a goal while Skjei demonstrated his prowess on both ends of the ice. Michael McCarron also made notable contributions by scoring once on his single shot attempt.

On defense and between the pipes for Nashville was Juuse Saros who faced 34 shots and managed to save 28 of them despite allowing six goals before an empty-netter brought Seattle’s total to seven. His performance underlined both his resilience and areas where improvement is needed moving forward.


For Seattle, standout performances came from Jaden Schwartz and Oliver Bjorkstrand among others; Schwartz led as he was named first star thanks largely due to his critical role in securing victory for his team.
