Jacob Markstrom stood tall between the pipes for New Jersey, stopping 38 out of 39 shots faced — a save percentage that rounded up to an impeccable 100 percent. His performance was pivotal in thwarting any attempts by the Rangers to gain momentum or mount a comeback.
