Ottawa Senators and Florida Panthers Face Off at Amerant Bank Arena

In an intense National Hockey League matchup at Amerant Bank Arena, the Ottawa Senators put up a valiant effort against the Florida Panthers but ultimately fell short. The Senators' goaltender made an impressive total of 53 saves with a save percentage of about 91 percent but allowed four goals during even strength play and one during an empty net situation. Despite this setback, the Senators showcased their offensive skills by scoring three goals on 26 shots.


The first period saw no goals from the Senators while the Panthers managed to secure two. However, in the second period, Ottawa came back strong with two goals to add excitement to their performance. They continued to push in the third period by adding another goal to their tally.

They also had eight penalties resulting in sixteen penalty minutes which might have impacted their momentum at crucial times during gameplay.


On offense for Ottawa, there were notable performances including eight points scored collectively by players through three goals and five assists; however it wasn't enough as they were outscored by a determined Panthers team that tallied thirteen points through five goals and eight assists overall.
