Second Period

The second period was where the Broad Street Bullies truly shined. Trevor Zegras led the charge with two goals and one assist, contributing significantly to his team's offensive push. Despite being outshot by Nashville with 33 shots against their own 18 attempts, Philly's efficient shooting percentage of 22 percent proved crucial in securing this win. The Preds struggled offensively despite having more opportunities but could not break through Vladar's steadfast goaltending.
