First Period


The opening period was marked by strong defensive plays from both sides, resulting in no goals scored. The Flyers managed to outshoot the Canucks but were unable to find the back of the net. Both teams displayed disciplined play with minimal penalties.


Second Period


In the second period, Rodrigo Abols broke through for the Flyers with an assist from Emil Andrae. This goal gave them a slight edge heading into what would be a pivotal final period. Third Period


The third period was where things truly heated up for Philadelphia. Nikita Grebenkin led an offensive surge that saw him score and assist on another goal by Carl Grundstrom. Matvei Michkov also contributed significantly with his own goal during this explosive stretch.


Vancouver attempted a comeback late in this period but only managed two goals against Dan Vladar's solid goaltending performance for Philly.
