The Blackhawks struggled to break through Philly's defense and failed to score any further goals in this final stretch of play. Despite having more faceoff wins than Philly (32 compared to 19), it wasn't enough for them to turn things around.

Philadelphia's goaltender Samuel Ersson played an essential role by making crucial saves when needed most—he stopped 20 out of 21 shots faced during regulation time—ensuring that only one puck slipped past him all night long.
