On defense and special teams, Ryan Graves made his presence felt with two hits and one takeaway while Erik Karlsson assisted once amidst his defensive duties. Cody Glass and Jesse Puljujarvi each added an assist to their names, demonstrating their ability to contribute offensively for their team.


Opposition Performance


The Winnipeg Jets displayed formidable strength throughout the match. Their even-strength gameplay was particularly effective as they scored five goals during regular play conditions and added another through an empty-netter towards the end of the game. Nikolaj Ehlers led by example for Winnipeg being named first star thanks to his outstanding performance that included crucial plays contributing directly to his team's victory.

Winnipeg's goaltender Eric Comrie saved thirty-nine out of forty-two shots directed at him by Pittsburgh players, playing a pivotal role in securing this win for his team.
