In the final period, Jamie Oleksiak added another goal for Seattle while maintaining strong defensive plays that kept Chicago at bay. Despite their efforts, including Connor Bedard’s attempts to rally his team with an assist leading to their lone goal, the Hawks couldn't overcome Seattle's momentum.


The goaltending prowess of Joey Daccord was evident as he made 29 saves out of 30 shots faced throughout the match. His performance ensured that any offensive threats from Chicago were effectively neutralized.
