The Blues have had a mixed bag of results in their recent outings at the Enterprise Center. In their last game against the Toronto Maple Leafs, despite a valiant effort, they fell short with a scoreline of 2-4. The team's goaltending was solid with a save percentage rounding up to one hundred percent, but it wasn't enough to secure victory as they were outscored in the third period.

Prior to that, facing off against Nashville Predators proved challenging for St. Louis as well; they lost 2-5 while being overpowered during even-strength play and struggling on powerplays with only twenty-five percent success on faceoffs during those opportunities.

However, there is a silver lining from these performances – particularly from their impressive win over Edmonton Oilers where they scored six goals and boasted an overall shooting percentage of twenty percent. Their powerplay clicked effectively that night with two goals from eight opportunities and winning sixty-four percent of faceoffs during those moments.

Looking ahead at Minnesota Wild's visit, it's crucial for St. Louis Blues to tighten up defensively while also capitalizing on powerplay chances which have shown potential for being lethal when executed correctly.

The match-up will also test whether St. Louis can improve upon its faceoff performance which has been inconsistent across recent games – an area that could prove pivotal in controlling game flow and possession against Minnesota Wild.

Fans can catch all the action live from Enterprise Center or tune into BSMW channel 671 for broadcast coverage on March 2nd at 23:00 UTC (6:00 PM Central Time).
