Stars Shine Despite Loss


Despite falling short in this encounter, the Dallas Stars showed resilience and competitiveness throughout. Their powerplay unit managed to convert once during their two opportunities which kept them in contention until the very end.


Casey DeSmith stood tall in net for Dallas despite being on the losing side; he made an impressive 36 saves against a relentless Tampa Bay offense that seemed determined to break through at any cost.
